Dear Friends of learning!
‘Mind always rules over matter’
The above line has always infatuated ever since my college days. I am a socially bent towards humanity. Service to the people, by educating their children is in my family ethos. I am proud to belong to the farming community which has inspired me to fulfill my ultimate duty to my motherland – ’Seva Parmo Dharma’.
My Ethos and Mission: I have devoted every moment of every day, and every element of my body and spirit earnestly, in promoting learning with fullest sincerity, honesty, hard work and devotion.
My dream school : I started Akshara International School at a time when professionalism in schools was waning. Unabated neglect of students, and indecisiveness in implementing the school curriculum had paralyzed the educational area in Maddur taluk and its surrounding region.
Parents had been left helpless against ever declining teaching standards. I strongly felt that there should be an urgent and decisive action to improve the quality of learning in Kowdle, which happens to be my birth place and also a place for which I hold a great deal of esteem, reverence and devotion.So far, I am systematically going about meeting the challenges in running this school which has gained repute in the region within such a short span of time. I am extremely grateful to the school principal Sri Suresh Babu C.K. whose, academic-driven proactive administration has ushered professionalism and significant changes in the work culture among the teachers and staff. He has been successful in nurturing empathy and professionalism in our teachers.
Due to his efforts there has been a persistent demand for admissions. I am also greatly indebted to the teaching staff who have played the role of a catalyst with diligence. The teaching standards have met with the satisfaction of students and parents. The consistency in 100% results in the CBSE 10th Board exams show cases the efforts of our team. This has inspired the school management to be resolute and show no compromise towards teaching quality. Also there will be no complacency in empowering teachers and students. Every teacher has to undergo 50 hours of Online/Offline training during an academic year.
I assure the parents, guardians and patrons of AIPS that in the coming years numerous measures will be initiated to fulfill a vision that is student driven
What you are witnessing at Akshara Kowdle is just the beginning. My objective is to transform the entire process of learning, so that it is in pari-passu with the requirements of trade, industry and commerce. It has always been my cherished dream to provide an excellent infrastructure for learning that can usher an era of digitalized learning and immensely benefit those who have reposed their faith on Alma Mata. I seek your cooperation in this altruistic endeavor of mine.
